NEW AT BIG!: Best Practices - BIG investigated Best Practices in employee relations for a major energy company Scenario Planning - BIG facilitated a series of scenario planning sessions for a major agricultural chemical company. We started with farmers, then distributors, and worked back to company personnel to develop plausible scenarios for the future and what they may mean. Supply Chain - BIG is working with a transportation company to develop solutions that take costs out of their customers supply chains. Product Innovation - BIG is working with a financial company to develop new services that leverage the company's unique strengths. Names and Packages - BIG facilitated a series of focus groups with young people to help develop names and packages for a new low alcohol drink.
